Who it's for

For the person who signs the deal and answers for the show.

In an independent room, one person may book the band, approve the ads, watch ticket sales, and handle settlement.

Profit Signals is built for the person carrying those decisions.

The work behind the show

Built for the person making these calls.

Profit Signals fits when the same person is responsible before, during, and after the show.

An offer can look safe until the bonuses and splits are added.

A guarantee is only one part of the deal. A bonus, backend, split, or escalator can change what the venue owes as ticket sales rise.

A packed room does not always mean the show worked for the venue.

The artist deal, ad spend, processing fees, and cost of opening the room can turn a busy night into a losing show.

The ad account can report a win without seeing the artist deal.

It can count clicks and purchases. It cannot see the guarantee, bonuses, recorded attendance, or food and drink sales.

Ticket sales and recorded attendance can tell different stories.

Ticketing shows what sold. The door count shows how many guests were checked in.

The bar and kitchen can change the value of the show.

Those sales may sit in another system and never reach the show report.

Settlement gives the answer after the useful choices are gone.

By then, the deal was signed, the ads ran, and the show is over.

Where it fits

Built for rooms where the show carries real financial risk.

The building may change. The decision does not.

Independent music venues

Ticketed shows, artist deals, ad spend, and on-site sales all meet in the same room.

Breweries and taprooms

The ticket may be only one part of the night. The bar, kitchen, and event can all affect the result.

Theatres and multi-room spaces

More than one room, more than one kind of event, and one set of show costs to understand.

Promoters and hospitality groups

The promoter may carry the artist and ad risk even when another business owns the room.

Not the right fit

Profit Signals is not another ad report.

It is built for ticketed events where the artist deal, ad spend, attendance, and event sales need to be judged together.

  • Agencies that only need another ad report
  • Teams that only want a cleaner dashboard after the show
  • Rooms that do not record attendance at the door
  • Businesses that do not run ticketed events or carry artist risk

If the goal is only to report what happened, there are simpler tools. Profit Signals is built to change the decisions made before and during the show.

One operating standard

Profit Signals needs a real door count.

Tickets can be checked in by scanning the code or by finding the guest in the ticketing app. What matters is that attendance is recorded.

If attendance is missing, Profit Signals does not use tickets sold in its place. Per-person figures do not appear.

That keeps no-shows out of every per-person number.

The simple test

If you sign the offer, approve the spend, and settle the show, Profit Signals was built for you.

Bring an upcoming offer or a recent show. See what Profit Signals can answer before another decision is made.
